The Royal Islander - An All Suites Resort Cancun

Our stay here was great, incredible base for exploring Cancun. The location was magnificent, not too far away from an archaeological museum. It was 25 minutes drive to the airport. The staff members were all accommodating and pleasant. A kind of good service;)))

Clean hotel with stunningly beautiful views, we think it's an ideal base for staying in Cancun.

Traditional breakfast, pleasant views, marvellous location not far from the beach, downtown, Cancun. Early check-in, parking onsite.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was nice.

The bathrooms are old.

The hotel was fairly clean and offered acceptable prices. Loved our rooms with a large terrace.

Overall had very good stay during their vacation. Booked a room with beautiful views on the 1st room. The bed was nice, the pool area was nice.

Everything was perfect, including pleasant staff and beautiful location near to Captain's Cove. I loved the room with double beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Incredibly attentive staff & historic location, everything was amazing. Magnificent view of ocean. The beach close to the hotel was beautiful. Impeccable service within 20 km of the airport. Well-maintained garden and great pool area.

The hotel is beautifully kept and fairly clean with good food and well-trained staff. Beach restaurant is good for breakfast.

It's a clean and low cost hotel.

i loved the beds, they where amazing, and how terrific the staff was. the breakfast had lots of options: fresh bread, meats and cheese. oceanfront location, not too far from musa underwater museum. the personalised service was provided in this homely hotel. spent here 7 very nice days and will come back.

Impeccably clean, fab location, extraordinary view of marina, more than adequate breakfast. King suite was very pretty and authentic, fantastic value for money. Plus their wifi was excellent. Sandy beach nearby, that was what I enjoyed. I found restaurant el maguey walking distance to the hotel where I had supper.

It is a pleasant property located in Zona Hotelera district near to the restaurant, the Cancun city center and downtown. Efficient people that welcomes you in. Welcoming reception.

Budget rooms, absolutely charming staff and incredibly comfortable location. The free breakfast had fresh bread, cheese and meats, I liked it. It was near the local beach. Restaurant in hotel was affordable and the pool area was covered.

It was as expected, had a memorable stay. This hotel's staff was motivated, providing a brilliant service. Food was well presented and we enjoyed the variety.

Good location, room with super bed, highly professional staff. Continental breakfast was large, we loved it. Fairly nice overall experience.

The hotel was beautifully designed and spotless inside, I loved it. Beds were very good, the staff was exceptional. Rooms were great-sized with required things, like TV, WiFi and coffee. Sumptuous breakfast included bread, meats and cheese.

The staff is phenomenal, quick check-in & fast check-out. Handy location, 15 minutes' walk to rey ruins.

Pleasant location, high quality breakfast, super friendly staff, plus free wi-fi. The room was particularly good, absolutely perfect and the bed was extra comfy. Fast check-in, late check-out. I visited a beach restaurant and loved the local meals they offer.

Everything was perfectly fine, loved our real good stay. Comfortable enough bed & such lovely position. Furthermore, we were close to the airport. There was variety of food, in general it was very tasty.

Air-conditioned rooms and attentive staff, Cancun airport is 12 miles from the accommodation. Breakfast was good - a wide range of meals - hot waffles and pancakes. Hotel's concierge is one of the top employees! Enjoyed staying at the suite.

Nothing to fault!

wi fi was working perfectly. moreover, we where able to park on-site. nice base for exploring cancun.

We appreciated this hotel and its excellent location and staff. There was a kitchen for making our own meals. Access to the nice beach, it was next to the venue. We tried some nice meals at Paco's Tacos, located next door to the hotel. We used the free shuttle too.

All in all a GREAT experience. One could dine at restaurants such as Terranostra 10 minutes away.
